Refund Policy

1. No Full Refund Policy

NexurScale does not offer a 100% refund once a project has been completed. Our services involve significant manual labor, technical architecture, and resource allocation that cannot be reversed once delivered.

2. Advance Payments

We typically require an advance payment of 30-40% of the total project value after the initial consultation and before the core development begins. This advance payment is strictly non-refundable as it covers the foundational work and planning performed by our engineering team.

3. Eligibility for Partial Refund

A partial refund of up to 70% may be considered only if NexurScale fails to meet the specific requirements outlined in the signed project brief. However, if all initial requirements have been fulfilled as per the agreement, no refund will be issued.

4. Unlimited Revisions

We are committed to your satisfaction. While we do not offer full refunds for fulfilled requirements, we offer unlimited revisions and changes to ensure the final product matches your vision. We will work with you until the delivery meets the agreed-upon standards.

5. Mid-Project Termination

If a client chooses to stop a project mid-way due to a valid, verified reason, a maximum of 50% money back may be issued, depending on the stage of development and resources consumed. Any termination must be documented in writing and signed by both parties.

6. Management & Scaling Costs

Our business model is to Build, Manage, and Scale. The initial project cost covers the "Build" phase. Ongoing management and scaling services are billed separately on a monthly basis. Scaling costs are calculated based on the complexity and scale of the project.

7. Formal Documentation

All terms mentioned above are subject to the master service agreement signed by the client. No refund or cancellation request will be processed without verified, signed documentation.
