By accessing and using the services provided by NexurScale, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and others who access or use our service.
NexurScale operates on a "Build, Manage, and Scale" model. The "Build" phase involves the initial development of the custom solution. The "Manage" and "Scale" phases are ongoing services.
Scaling services are billed separately on a monthly basis. The scaling cost is determined based on the total project cost and the specific growth requirements of the client.
An advance payment of 30-40% is required once a project begins. This advance is non-refundable as it secures engineering resources and covers initial architectural planning. Final project delivery is subject to the settlement of all outstanding dues.
Refunds are not provided for completed projects where initial requirements were fulfilled. Partial refunds (up to 70%) are only applicable in cases of non-fulfillment of agreed-upon deliverables. Mid-project cancellations for valid reasons may result in a maximum 50% refund, subject to management discretion and signed documentation.
We provide unlimited revisions for changes that fall within the initial project scope. We are committed to refining the project until it aligns with the client's vision, provided the core requirements remain consistent with the original signed brief.
All project agreements, refund requests, and cancellations must be documented in writing and bear the signatures of both the client and a NexurScale representative. Verbal agreements are not considered binding.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be settled through arbitration or the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Madhya Pradesh, India.
